You may be using MSTEAMS right now as a way to communicate with your team at work. But did you know you could do so much more than that?
Here are 3 things you may not know you could do in MSTEAMS.
1. Break Language Barriers
With so many companies transitioning a more remote set-up, we now have to communicate even more than ever. Good things MSTEAMS can take your virtual meetings to the next level. It doesn't matter if you're communicating in-house or you're hosting a meeting with people around the world, you can use the real-time video captions feature in MSTEAMS' live events.
Users exchanging content can use the Teams Translate feature to add captions in up to six languages at once. This feature will allow more effective communication during quarterly business reviews and kick-off calls on a global scale.
Attendees can switch then on live captions in their Teams Live Event by clicking "Subtitles On" in the lower right-hand corner to make communicating a breeze!
2. Save Messages
Have you ever gotten an important message but then lost it when you needed it most?
To make sure your messages are always accessible, hover your mouse over the message in your chat box, click the 3 dots in the right hand corner, and click "save message." This will store your individual message for later reference.
All saved messages can be accessed at any time by going to the ‘Saved' tab under your profile picture or typing ‘/saved' into the command bar.
3. Record Meetings
Inside your TEAMS app, not only can you make video and audio calls, you can also use the ‘Record meeting' feature to share or store for reference at a later date.
This ensures that team members that miss important meetings have the ability to go back to them and catch up on anything they missed!
To record, just click on ‘Settings' inside the video/audio call and select ‘Start recording'.
